01About Our Services

SmartReach provides digital image-related services through plans and packages available on our website or application. The exact services included in each plan are displayed on the relevant pricing or plan page before purchase.

02User Account

Some services may require an account. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your login credentials confidential, avoid unauthorized sharing, and notify us immediately of suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.

03Service Plans

Plans may include different features, limits, durations, or image-processing services. Review the plan name, price, included services, validity period, usage limits, and any additional terms before purchase. We may change plans, features, or pricing for future purchases.

04Payments & Confirmation

Payments are processed through Razorpay or another provider shown during checkout. We do not store complete card details, UPI PINs, banking passwords, or other payment credentials. A payment is successful only after confirmation from the payment gateway. Contact support with your order details if your account is not updated.

05Digital Service Delivery

Our services are primarily digital. They may be delivered through your account or dashboard, website, mobile application, download facility, email, or another digital method communicated by us. No physical product is shipped unless specifically stated.

06Content & Intellectual Property

When uploading images, text, logos, or other information, you confirm that you have the necessary rights and that the content is lawful and non-infringing. We may refuse content that violates our policies or applicable law.

The website, software, design, logos, trademarks, text, graphics, and other materials provided by SmartReach are protected by intellectual property laws. Customer-provided content remains the customer's property, subject to the rights needed to provide the service.

07Prohibited Activities

You must not use the service unlawfully, attempt unauthorized access, upload malicious software, disrupt the platform, make fraudulent transactions, use another person's account without permission, or bypass service limits and security controls. We may suspend or terminate accounts involved in prohibited activities.

08Availability & Third-Party Services

We make reasonable efforts to keep our services available, but interruptions may occur due to maintenance, technical or hosting problems, third-party failures, security incidents, or events beyond our control. Third-party services, including payment and hosting providers, may have their own terms and policies.

09Refunds, Cancellations & Suspension

Refunds and cancellations are governed by the applicable Cancellation & Refund Policy. We may suspend or terminate an account for violations of these Terms, suspected fraud, unlawful use, security compromise, or fraudulent payment reversals or disputes. Where appropriate, we may provide notice.

10Liability, Changes & Governing Law

To the extent permitted by law, SmartReach is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the services. We may update these Terms by publishing a revised version on this page. These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of competent Indian courts.
